Claims Oversight Manager

Lloyd’s is seeking a Claims Oversight Manager to join its established team to support existing Managing Agents and New Entrants to elevate Claims' status in the Lloyd’s market by ensuring alignment with Lloyd’s Claims Principles and driving claims' contribution to overall performance.

Requirements

• Making considered and risk-based decisions
• Monitoring MAs' adherence to the Lloyd’s Claims Principles
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management
• Communicating the results of qualitative assessments
• Utilizing claims management information and data to elevate overall performance
• Collaborating and providing quality assurance for claims-related reviews and thematic work
