Operations Specialist

Lloyd’s is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage and improve operational processes, oversee assigned processes, and act as a trusted referral point. The role involves supporting Managing Agents, performing portfolio analysis, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the implementation and optimization of LIC’s Operating Model.

Requirements

• Experience in Operations functions or similar functions
• Experience in (re)insurance operations or other regulated sector
• Project management and project oversight experience
• Experience in start-up concepts, process design, and business case development
