Job Description
We are looking for Lead Engineers to join our new AI Productivity Lab, accelerating internal AI-driven employee productivity and process automation using the latest agentic co-working technologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience deploying technology solutions in complex environments and supporting production operations
- Hands-on experience using GenAI and Agentic AI technology to solve real-world problems
- Familiarity with agentic coding and/or coworking tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and an ability to learn new tools quickly
- Working knowledge of operational and AI risk considerations in regulated environments, including reliability, security, safety and explainability
- Ability to collaborate in high-performing teams, communicate clearly and contribute to shared reusable assets
