Job Description
Join the Markets & AI Modelling team within the Model Risk Office at Lloyds Banking Group as an Independent Validation Manager to review, analyse, and validate AI/GenAI models, assess risks, and lead stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience working in Model Development or Validation
- Ability to lead small scale projects, coach or support other team members, and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Python for model analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A numerate degree or equivalent experience
