Job Description
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to shape and lead our Trade Control function across Global Markets and Group Corporate Treasury, ensuring trades are accurately captured, controlled and reported across the full trade lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in Trade Control, Middle Office or Markets Operations, supporting complex financial markets products across the full trade lifecycle
- Significant experience (5+ years) leading teams within a Markets or Investment Banking environment, including performance management and colleague development
- Strong working knowledge (8+ years) of financial instruments, trade booking models, lifecycle events and associated operational and risk controls
