LMCU is seeking a Card Services Specialist I - Bilingual (English/Spanish) to join their team. The role requires a deep understanding of credit union products and services, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Assist members and staff with their telephone requests regarding card servicing
- Answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve
- Prevent fraud by correctly identifying members using call identification procedures
- Serve as an on-call interpreter for the assigned location and internal departments requiring Spanish language member-facing support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
