Job Description
The Market Leader is responsible for developing high-performing teams, executing strategic growth plans, and building LMCU's presence in the community. They will drive growth, lead by example, and promote LMCU's culture. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of similar experience and a college degree or commensurate banking experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of similar or related experience
- College degree or commensurate banking experience
- Michigan Resident Producer Credit Insurance License
- Registered through NMLS and notary certification
- Extensive knowledge of financial industry products and service
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
