LMCU is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Contact Center Specialist to answer phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years combined experience in Customer Service, Banking and/or Mortgage
- High School Diploma or GED required, some higher education preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mortgage Servicing System (MSP Black Knight), Core Banking System, Microsoft Office
- Customer Service skills, Analytical problem solving skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, self-motivated, effective time management, high levels of personal organization
