Occupational Therapist

LME Care is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team, working closely with NDIS participants to improve their functional capacity, independence and overall wellbeing.

Requirements

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions in line with NDIS goals
• Complete functional capacity assessments, reports and recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications
• Develop, implement and review person-centred therapy plans
• Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical documentation and reports
• Provide education, strategies and support to participants and support workers
• Ensure all services align with NDIS Practice Standards and LME Care policies
