The Creative Coordinator plays a central role in managing and optimizing the creative project lifecycle, innovating and implementing cutting-edge efficiencies within Asana and the broader creative workflow.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or operations role (agency experience preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Asana, including custom fields, reporting, automations, and workflow design
- Strong process-driven mindset with a passion for efficiency, organization, and innovation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative and proactive team player with a desire to elevate the team's operations and output
