LMI Technologies is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to accelerate AI driven operations (AIOps) and automations. The ideal candidate will be curious and agnostic when it comes to technology, comfortable with constant changes, and view AI as a strategic tool for DevOps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a DevOps, software development, software quality assurance role and/or related education
- 3+ years of experience in a team lead role
- Master of Bamboo, Jenkins, Bitbucket and other popular Gits
- Expert level knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service and/or equivalent
- Experience or a demonstrated high aptitude with AI tools such as Claude Code
- Experience with setting up AI tool boundaries and/or automated security checks for libraries
