Portfolio Program Manager - Clearance Required

Role Overview

Lead a team of PMs and subject matter experts in supporting contracts for the U.S. Transportation Command. Provide overall leadership, management, and technical oversight for LMI contractor personnel at USTRANSCOM Headquarters.

What You Will Do

Manage multiple contracts, establish goals, monitor timelines and deliverables, and manage staffing and budgets. Conduct performance reviews, prepare and deliver PMR briefings, and exercise business acumen to manage performance and identify issues.

Must have at least 10 years of program management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong written and oral communication skills. Must be self-directed, detail oriented, and comfortable working with senior leaders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of program management and/or senior staff level experience
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, joint operations, or the Joint Strategic Planning System
• Proven expertise in coordinating and delivering complex projects
• Experience building and leading teams of high functioning personnel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, MS Teams, CostPoint, UKG, iCIMS, and ServiceNow
• SECRET clearance, TS/SCI eligible
