Job Description
The Employee Health Partner is responsible for supporting the health, wellness, and overall well-being of employees, providing first-aid assistance, basic medical guidance, wellness monitoring, and support during medical concerns arising in the workplace.
Requirements
- Monitor and address employee health concerns such as minor illnesses, injuries, fatigue, stress, and workplace wellness inquiries.
- Maintain confidential medical records, first-aid logs, and relevant wellness documentation.
- Coordinate with hospitals, emergency services, insurance providers, and external healthcare partners when necessary.
- Ensure readiness and maintenance of office health facilities, including first-aid kits, wellness rooms, and emergency supplies.
- Assist HR in planning and executing employee wellness campaigns, training sessions, vaccination drives, and health awareness initiatives.
- Educate employees on preventive health practices, ergonomics, and workplace wellness.
- Support employees with special health-related requirements in collaboration with the HR team.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and follow established emergency protocols.
- Promote a healthy workplace culture by encouraging early reporting of health concerns and adherence to wellness practices.
