Teaches High School Visual & Digital Art electives, serves as an advisor, and produces an annual High School Art exhibition. Collaborates with the Fine Arts Department and Upper School faculty. Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude toward new challenges and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
- At least three years of experience teaching High School students
- Experience in teaching introductory to advanced level digital photography, as well as graphic design and studio art classes
- Familiarity with curriculum design
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and students while maintaining confidentiality
- Mediation skills
- Adaptable and stress tolerant
- Strong organizational skills
