Requirements
- Availability to work 1st shift (7am-3pm)
- High School/GED diploma or another equivalency
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or closely related field
- 3–5 years of practical metallurgy or heat-treat experience
- NADCAP or aerospace quality system experience
- Hands-on laboratory and inspection experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong professional communication skills and customer-facing confidence
- Ability to sign and abide by Company's employee manual and confidentiality agreement
