We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee daily operational execution, collaborate with project teams, and act as the principal point of coordination and communication among stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in English language is essential for this position.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong sense of responsibility, results orientation and proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
