Senior Product Designer

We're a remote-first company that builds AI-native tooling to automate mortgage workflows, and we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to make complex systems feel intuitive and trustworthy. You'll own design end-to-end for a core product area, partnering with Product Management and Engineering throughout, and have the opportunity to make a big impact on our company's growth.

Requirements

• Design end-to-end for a core product area
• Lead customer discovery sessions
• Design intuitive UX patterns for complex interaction paradigms
• Design for AI-native experiences
• Build and maintain Figma component libraries and design system assets
• Advocate for accessibility
