Job Description
The Director, Benefits will lead the design, implementation, and administration of the company's health, wellness, and retirement programs, driving the evolution of programs that enhance employee well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Benefits or Total Rewards
- CEBS, CBP CCP, PHR or SPHR or related certification preferred
