Mortgage Loan Officer responsible for presenting loan solutions to clients, building rapport, and analyzing financial situations to determine the best loan product. Requirements include 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience, NMLS SAFE ACT compliance, and proven production of top performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience in a similar direct lending environment REQUIRED
• Must be willing to commute to one of our offices in Irvine CA, Southfield MI, Franklin TN, Plano, TX, or Scottsdale AZ
• NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses REQUIRED
• Proven production of top performance in alike model REQUIRED
• Flexible and adaptable, learns and reacts quickly at a faster than average pace
• Excellent customer service & follow through—were here to take care of our clients
