Job Description
As an Associate Manager - Customer Success, you will be responsible for client support, escalation management, and account success. You will build strong merchant relationships, monitor fulfilment SLAs, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will also ensure all services align with contract agreements and manage re-contracting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with contract management, SLAs, and billing reconciliation
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and ticketing systems
