Job Description
The Operations Associate will support daily warehouse operations, oversee process execution and improvement, manage returns and quarantine, enforce compliance and standards, collect and analyze data, troubleshoot operational issues, and collaborate with the warehouse team and other departments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or Junior Supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong data gathering and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Logiwa
