Job Description
Local Roots is seeking a Sales Representative to build relationships with existing and potential clients, driving sales of landscape and hardscaping services. The role involves identifying client needs, providing accurate estimates, and managing the sales process from consultation to completion. Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or outdoor services
- Strong understanding of landscaping and hardscaping products, services, and construction practices
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to assess project scopes and generate accurate estimates
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software or sales management tools (LMN experience a plus)
