Role Overview

The job offers a wide range of opportunities and includes, in addition to ensuring application operation, participation in further development projects. Our team is located in an agile organization from which we support our customers in German and English.

What You Will Do

Customer application management (e.g. eBanking, CRM, Self-Onboarding and other individual applications) including all related interfaces and systems. Ensuring proper operation and development of applications in the context of implementing changes and projects.

We are looking for a communicative personality with customer-oriented skills and experience with banking platforms (e.g. Finnova or ti&m digital banking).

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the field of information technology or banking
• Further education or university degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration
• Experience with banking platforms (e.g. Finnova or ti&m digital banking)
• Communicative personality
• Customer-oriented
• Experience with Linux, OpenShift, databases is an advantage
• Negotiation-secure German and good English knowledge
• Willingness to work on a picket duty
