Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana to lead roadway engineering design projects of varying size and complexity throughout the southern Indiana region.
Requirements
- Typically requires 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with a strong background in roadway design.
- Proficiency with roadway design software, engineering analysis tools, and project management systems.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision making abilities.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driverâs license.
