Right of Way Specialist

We are looking for a Right of Way Specialist to join our team in Illinois. The selected candidate will facilitate the acquisition of property rights necessary for infrastructure projects by preparing legal documents, negotiating with property owners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a notary public commission in the state of Missouri
• Ability to think critically and be creative
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
