Job Description
Lochmueller Group is seeking an experienced civil engineering leader to guide roadway engineering design projects and the team members who deliver them. The position will oversee a team of engineers, promote teamwork, and manage client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Roadway Design Engineering;
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Experience with project management and accounting software.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools for design, project management, and analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License
