Job Description
Lochmueller Group is seeking an experienced professional civil engineering leader to serve as the Roadway Team Leader for their Roadway Design team in the South Bend / Mishawaka region.
Requirements
- Leading a team of engineers and design technicians
- Serving as a project manager for INDOT and local agency roadway design projects
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior-level engineers and other team members
- Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment among the team
- Performing quality checks on work performed by project team members
