Water Resources Department Manager

We are looking for an experienced Water Resources Engineer to lead our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing wastewater, drinking water, and/or storm water projects and be a Professional Engineer. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE).
• 15 years of experience in water resources engineering.
• Demonstrated success in managing large and/or complex Water Resources engineering projects.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in personnel management and leadership with a strong track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong client management capabilities with proven ability to develop and maintain new client relationships.
• Valid Driver's License
