Lochner is a trusted infrastructure services provider seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and deliver projects on schedule and within budget to the satisfaction of clients. The successful candidate will manage projects, lead project teams, and provide guidance to support level staff. A strong knowledge of civil/traffic engineering concepts and experience in construction, design, engineering, and project management are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- PE with a California Civil Engineer license or a CCM
- 10 or more years of combined experience in construction, design, engineering, and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D and Bluebeam Software, preferred
- Working knowledge of relevant design standards and guidelines
