Job Description
Lochner is seeking a Highway Design Build Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with construction partners in a design-build environment.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 10+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Demonstrated project management experience on highway design-build projects
- Strong working knowledge of NCDOT policies, procedures, and design criteria
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors in alternative delivery environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills
