Traffic Engineer

Lochner is a trusted infrastructure services provider seeking a Traffic Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering, a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and a Professional License (PE) in Pennsylvania. The role involves mentorship, design, and business development, with a focus on transportation planning and traffic engineering.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional License (PE) in Pennsylvania
• 5+ years of traffic/transportation engineering experience
• PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike experience required
• Experience using CADD design software
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
