Supplier Quality Engineer Staff

Role Overview

Supplier Quality Engineer Staff will work in a dynamic environment, managing and interfacing with suppliers to support the Program. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering requirements management, mechanical and electrical inspection methods, and special processes.

What You Will Do

The Supplier Quality Engineer Staff will identify and document supplier's quality deficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive action. They will also manage and support all supplier quality field engineering activities, meet deadlines, and communicate with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Strong understanding of engineering requirements management
• High energy, self-starting, team player
• Ability to identify and document supplier's quality deficiencies
• Understanding of engineering drawings requirements
• Mechanical and electrical inspection methods
• Basic understanding of special processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
