Senior People Data Analyst

Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry. We're seeking a Senior People Data Analyst to build and scale Lodgify's People Analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in HRBP or People Teams
• At least 2-3 years of experience in People Analytics
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end People data processes
• Strong business partnering skills
• Analytical and structured problem-solver
• Tool-agnostic and pragmatic
