Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fresh Cut Processor to join our Label team at Produce Innovations in Norwalk.
Requirements
- Take orders to begin labeling to containers.
- Put labels in the containers with product description for all to be packed
- Communicate / work efficiently and professionally with colleagues and heads.
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Package processed fruits and vegetables according to customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies to ensure product safety and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures to prevent food contamination and spoilage.
