Job Description
Join Loft Orbital's team as a Technical Program Manager in our hardware org, working across our product engineering org. Contribute to delivering high-quality solutions on time, developing lightweight and intuitive processes, and shaping how we grow and operate.
Requirements
- 5+ years end-to-end, product development-focused engineering experience on space applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and SDLC standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in data visualization
- Strong interpersonal skills; capable of influencing others without formal authority
