Job Description
Loft is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Technician to support the build-up and testing of spacecraft and flight hardware. The role involves working closely with engineers and technicians, performing detailed build-ups, testing, and troubleshooting. Loft builds "shareable" satellites, handling entire missions from end to end, to provide a fast & simple path to orbit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, space, or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong electrical or mechanical build experience
- Electrical: Harnessing, soldering, board assembly, con testing
- Mechanical: Structural assembly, solar arrays, reaction wheels
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assembly procedures
- Comfortable working with engineers and independently owning work
- Experience using basic tools and test equipment
