System Validation Architect

Loft is seeking a System Validation Architect to join their Operations team in Golden, CO. This senior technical role focuses on validating spacecraft platforms and products, particularly software and test infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in system validation processes, mentor testing engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate mission and product development. This is a high-impact, hands-on position requiring strong technical skills and experience in aerospace, automotive, or embedded systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software-hardware system integration or verification
• Strong background in software validation at the system level
• Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test environments
• Deep knowledge of how software functions across the stack
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with scripting tools
• Experience working with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, etc.)
• Familiarity with software release processes, agile methodologies, and cross-functional validation workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
