Speech Language Pathologist I | Skilled Nursing | PRN status

Logan Health's Brendan House is looking for a skilled and patient-centered Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in beautiful Kalispell, MT. The role involves developing, implementing, and revising individualized, goal-directed, speech therapy through a skilled process of evaluation and ongoing assessment of each patient. The Speech Language Pathologist will also promote excellence through setting high standards and providing high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Montana Speech/Language Pathology license.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program and must successfully obtain Montana Speech/Language Pathology license within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in assigned specialty area preferred.
• Ability to act with integrity, kindness, and exhibit empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
• Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
