Lead Security Technician

Installs, maintains and repairs physical security solutions, including intrusion detection, CCTV, access control and intercom systems. Leads a team of technicians and performs field installation and service work.

Requirements

• Schedules and performs field installation and service work
• Plans department delivery activities; defines functions and responsibilities for technicians
• Maintains manpower projections for projects
• Assists with budgets and anticipating growth needs
• Oversees maintenance and inventory of company assets, including tools and vehicles
• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
