QA Tech Lead - (Backend)

As our backend QA Tech Lead, your primary emphasis will focus on coordinating quality assurance efforts across multiple business units, establishing standards and methodologies for automated testing, and driving their implementation through collaboration and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar coordination-focused role, with at least 5 years in quality assurance or software testing, ideally within web microservices environments.
• Strong expertise in testing and analysing modern tech stacks, emphasizing web-based architectures and the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python), with the capability to develop and maintain automated test suites, perform test data manipulation, and guide others in these practices.
