Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to work with our clients to successfully execute and complete projects and manage accounts as assigned.
Requirements
- Self-motivation with organizational skills, independent judgment, and problem-solving capability
- Strong decision-making skills, balancing the best interest of our company and client
- Initiative, ingenuity, and judgment to set priorities, plan, make decisions, and complete requirements and assignments on time
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) clearly and concisely, coordinate and execute work assignment(s) independently or in a team environment, direct others for effective results, and remain calm in stressful situations
- Prior experience in transportation, supply chain management, freight brokerage, or logistics industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two to five years of experience in a Project Manager role preferred
