Job Description
We are seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee operations at our high-volume Toronto terminal. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in terminal or transportation operations management, specifically within FTL/LTL ground freight.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in terminal or transportation operations management, specifically within FTL/LTL ground freight
- Proven success overseeing large-scale logistics teams (200+ employees preferred)
- Strong command of P&L responsibility, KPI reporting, and operational budgeting
- Knowledge of Canadian transportation compliance, fleet regulations, and cross-border procedures
- Experience working in a 3PL or asset-based trucking environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor, manage, and scale performance
