Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts professional with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in E-commerce or startup environments. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to end-to-end finance operations, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, and MIS
- Experience in audit handling and closure
- Exposure to automation tools and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
