Clinical Pharmacist-Inpt*

The Clinical Pharmacist-Inpatient provides pharmaceutical services under the supervision of a Pharmacy Division Supervisor, working for the LLUMC or LLUCH hospitals. They analyze, dispense, and recommend medication to patients of all ages, offering training and education to other healthcare professionals. This role involves collaboration across departments and contributes to a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Graduate from a school of pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• One year of post-graduate hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write legibly, speak in English with professional quality.
• Ability to maintain good public relations skills.
• Ability to interact positively with broad range of co-workers.
• Ability to supervise subordinates.
• Analytical skills, prioritization and time management skills.
• Problem-solving, recall information, and attention to detail skills.
