Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate medical management and coordination of patient care, collaborating with a supervising physician. This role involves performing physical examinations, documenting patient data, and adhering to established policies and procedures in a Level One Pediatric Trauma Designation facility. The focus is on excellence, professional governance, and the patient experience. The Nurse Practitioner will also mentor students and represent nursing as a strong and empowered profession.

Requirements

• Master of Science Degree in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) and NP curriculum completion.
• Minimum three years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting or sub-specialty clinic environment.
• Minimum one year of experience in a sub-specialty NP specialty (preferred).
