Business Risk Manager (80-100%)

A Business Risk Manager is sought for LO Patrimonia, an entity of Lombard Odier Group providing wealth planning and fiduciary services. The role involves maintaining an operational risk control plan, performing controls to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, and collaborating with other departments to mitigate risks. The person will work closely with LO Patrimonia's management and legal/compliance responsible person.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in banking or fiduciary environment in a similar role or equivalent
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements of Swiss Law, specifically FINMA's circulars on AML and risk topics, corporate law, AMLA, FADP and cross-border rules (soft law)
• Good experience in the fields of compliance and risk researches and controls
• Knowledge of SQL language and overall understanding of IT hardware and software
• Proficient level with Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe acrobat
• Fluent in French and English
• Resident in Switzerland
