Compliance Associate

The Compliance Associate will support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the compliance monitoring program, ensuring alignment with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience (up to 3 years) in a compliance, AML, or risk management role within the asset management or financial services industry, ideally in Luxembourg
• Knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks (CSSF, AML/CFT, MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, FATCA/CRS, etc.)
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Tableau, Alteryx) and a strong interest in process automation and data analytics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively across functions and with senior stakeholders
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or another European language is an advantage
