Job Description
The Teller Floater is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient transaction services while providing a positive customer experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to retain and consistently apply banking procedures, and sound judgment when executing transaction requirements in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Provides a welcoming environment and communicates professionally and effectively with customers and other members of the team
- Accurately process a high volume of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing
