Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Finance and Accounting team, responsible for analyzing financial and operational data to provide insights that improve profitability, support forecasting, and enhance overall business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial datasets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SQL, Power Query, or similar tools is a plus
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles preferred
