Purchasing Coordinator

Lonestar Electric Industrial Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in managing procurement processes, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the electrical supply or distribution industry is a plus.
